Nando. Muscles. Glisten.
Sorry, I can't think of a title in full sentences.
The yards of luscious, edible Nando skin sort of zapped a few brain cells.
Pic from Forty Deuce.

They Have A RAFA Song?
*video by RNFANS on Youtube
Apparently, the Spanish team were singing a Rafa song while they were jumping.
Lyrics by Merikob on Youtube:
Por eso yo, te quiero dar
Rafa, mi corazon
Yo te sigo en todas las partes
Gracias por ser español
English:
That is why, I want to give you
Rafa, my heart
I follow you everywhere
Thank you for being Spanish
Hysterical! I wonder who came up with the lyrics. One of the players?

Spain Wins DC Tie Against Serbia
Good play by Nole, but still not good enough. Scoreline was 64 64 61.
Nole even lost his pants sometime during the match. Such a good sport.
It's Spain, it's on clay, it was a foregone conclusion. But it was quite entertaining nonetheless. Rafa was off to a slow start but he visibly relaxed by the second set. By the third, what can I say. It was 61, people.
Ok, are we done with the serious news? Not that I am any good at it anyways.
Cue celebration pictures!
P.S: I just realized that this is my 100th post. Yay me!
Money shots :)

Good News, Bad News
Good news: Rafa won today over Tipsarevic, 61, 60, 62. So much for Rafa's weaknesses.
But also bad news.
Hate. The sleeves.
I mean just look at it!
It's clay, it's sunny, and the sun caresses his sweat glistened skin like no one's business. Arms like that should never be covered from my lustful eyes. I looked into my news feed and saw the pictures, and I thought, hm, something doesn't look right... Then I noticed the sleeves.
To me, it's truly an abomination.
Look, big props for Nike and all, for making Rafa's wardrobe change fun with great colors and shirt fabric that will mold onto his pecs and make it look like some vacuum packed chocolatey snack.
But these pictures, and this surface, doused me with the cold water of reality. Maybe it's some kind of delayed reaction or something. I wish I could articulate myself better, but I can't.
I just know that today was the day I truly mourned the death of the sleeveless.

Holy Crap
The Spain/Serbia tie of Davis Cup is suspended today because strong winds damaged the grandstands of the Parque Tematico Terra Mitica .
That's some wind, alright.
They did manage to get some pretty pictures though.
The blue sneakers is all kinds of awesome.
"Dear honeybumble Babz... I'm sorry you didn't get to see me today. I know how much you miss me, and I miss you too. But despite all my greatness, Babz, I am not a weather god. Ah, would that I could grant your every wish! Your servant, Rafa. xxoo"
Davis Cup Pictures: So Far...
Tennis is a good looking sport.
And I'm a total sucker for team work. Especially for patriotic purposes.
Nice team work so far, Rafa.
You pull shirt up, cameras click, we drool.

I Think That'd Shut Him Up
When he was told Serbia captain Bogdan Obradovic said he has the key to defeat him, Nadal answered with irony. "If he knows me well, he should do something about it."
"We'll enter the court with determination; luckily, I've got on well on clay, so I hope to keep having this positive streak," Nadal added.
Well! Davis Cup suddenly got 300% more interesting for me. "I've got on well on clay"... Precious!
And I don't know why but I really like this picture.

Roll Out The Red Carpet: Benidorm
Rafa arrives at Allicante, and as always, it's a frenzy alright.
Oh Feli. How I mourn your lovely locks.

El Capitán Rafa
World number one Rafael Nadal will lead defending champions Spain in their Davis Cup tie against Serbia next month, but the team will be without Fernando Verdasco who is injured.
Captain Albert Costa Friday announced a team of Nadal, David Ferrer, Tommy Robredo and Feliciano Lopez for the tie in the Mediterranean resort of Benidorm on March 6-8. Nicolas Almagro is first reserve.
Okay seriously. As if they're gonna pick anyone else. *eye roll*
Can I have an amen instead to white shorts?
