This video is after the match against Gil Frederico.
Seems like he has been saying the same thing over and over again to many reporters and in many interviews. Probably gets tired that he has to analyze and account for every single second of his matches.. Dudes, don't you get it? Some days are just bad days. But he is Rafa Nadal, so his bad days are probably pretty good days for most tennis players.
Does he realize he's being taped? Why's he so relaxed? Not as if I'm complaining.

He had been sitting there forever waiting for the interview. He started out all perky looking and then slowly slumped down in the chair. I think they were having sound issues because they took the headphones off him at one point and then put them back on. When they took them off, he laid his head back on the seat back. I couldn't really see his face much, but his body language made it look like he was mighty bored.
ReplyDeleteWas it shown on tv? Darn. He does look mighty bored, like he just doesn't have much interest in it. I imagine it is very tedious to do interviews after EVERY match.
ReplyDeleteP.S: Sorry I forgot to tack on the link to your site! It's there now.
I dunno - I was at that match :)
ReplyDelete*grumble* Lucky wench... *grumble* ;)
ReplyDeleteHeh- sorry!
ReplyDelete(No I'm not!)
Stupid women's match. I have to go back to work now. Rafa via live scores for me.
I will inform you of anything worth mentioning through Tweets. And many things not worth mentioning. Yeah, you know me.
ReplyDelete*weeps*
ReplyDeleteDamn you, Del Potro!!
Although I QUITE enjoyed the exposed thigh. Give us more next match.
And now I know why he sat there so long - he did two interviews. I'll be uploading the other one some time Sunday.
