Wha-? No twirling panties? Oh, well, I'd have thought y'all love me enough to at least roll out the pink carpet. Nevermind. I apologize wholeheartedly for the impromptu hiatus - my laptop died and at the same time, my desktop shortcircuited and I have to replace just about everything, causing me to have little to no connection for a month. A month that is filled with shocking and scandalous events in the tennis world, from Gasquet's cocaine debacle to Rafa's loss to you-know-who.
Just to let y'all know, this blog is a passion for me. It's not about to come to an end when Rafa loses one or two matches, it's not about to end when Rafa retires. First and foremost I'm a fan of tennis and the wonderful alchemy of the people in its world. For now, Rafa is the center of this blog, but tennis exists before Rafa and it will go on beyond him, and as long as I have time and the means to share my thoughts with you and get feedback in the process, tennislust.com will exist. I feel the need to explain because some trolls assumes the blog is done because Rafa lost to you-know-who. Bitch, please.
So let's get the party going again!
